ABOUT NICOLE

My name is Nicole, and I am currently an elementary principal who absolutely loves being with my staff and students every single day. I have previously worked as an English teacher, assistant principal, and adjunct professor. For over a decade, my passion and desire to serve others have fueled me in every single position I have been blessed to have. In this blog, I hope to share my insights and learning to current and future educators.

I believe that education is a powerful vehicle and can change the trajectory of an individual's life. It is a tremendous honor and challenge to be an educator. Maintaining a positive, collaborative, forward-thinking mindset can empower educators to enrich the learning experiences of our students so that they leave a positive footprint in this world.

While this profession is a passion, so is being a mom and wife. I dedicate all my work to my three beautiful children and amazing husband.
